Verantwortlichkeiten:

analyze relevant KPIs and derive strategic measures
define and document new customer service processes
coordinate external service providers
act as central contact person for our communication tool
handle regulatory proofs and document all required information carefully

Anforderungen:

successfully completed studies or above-average completed training, ideally with a business focus
first professional experience in operations, customer service or process management - preferably with a digital or technical focus
strong analytical skills and good numerical understanding to make data-based decisions and derive strategic measures
structured and independent work
ability to think, design and implement processes holistically
strong communication skills and team orientation
negotiation-proof German language skills in word and writing and good English skills
