Jobbeschreibung:

The job involves working on the rail network of Deutsche Bahn, performing welding and maintenance tasks, and leading a team after qualification.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

eliminate damage to rails and switches in the Deutsche Bahn network
receive training as a burner and welder (thermite and E-hand) of rails
perform grinding maintenance measures on rails and switches
ensure the acceptance capability of the work performed with the team
after completing all qualifications, carry out the work independently and lead one of our teams
opportunity to further qualify as a specialist in rail technology

Anforderungen:

successfully completed apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, metalworker, locksmith, welding specialist, mechanic, bricklayer, civil engineer, road builder, roofer, carpenter, gardener and landscaper, builder, carpenter or in another technical trade
willingness to work shifts (night, weekend, and holiday work)
engagement and willingness to learn for internal qualifications
team player
valid Class B driver's license
willingness to obtain Class C1E driver's license
