Jobbeschreibung:

Travel agency employee position at TUI's Donauzentrum location in Vienna, responsible for organizing package and individual trips, providing professional customer advice, and handling complete travel organization from research to contract completion.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Organize package and individual trips specifically for customers
Handle complete travel organization (offers, flight and hotel bookings, transfers, insurance, invoicing and aftercare)
Advise customers about destinations, hotels, insurance and country-specific requirements (vaccinations, visas)
Actively care for customers before and after travel
Take responsibility for bookings
Serve as Social Agent to acquire customers through all booking channels

Anforderungen:

Completed training as a travel agency assistant or interest in entering the travel industry
Good destination knowledge through own travel experience
Quick learning ability with different systems
Positive attitude towards digitalization and online marketing
Open and communicative personality
Enjoyment of contact with people
Willingness to learn new things daily and stay informed about current conditions (entry requirements, etc.)
Hands-on mentality

Social media skills for customer acquisition through all booking channels (chat, service line)
