Jobbeschreibung:

We are looking for employees who are passionate about sales and sustainability and aim to give our products, which are slightly damaged or used in an exhibition, a second chance.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Actively approach customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions
Collaborate with customer service regarding returns to find the best way to reuse returned products or ensure their sustainable use
Assemble display furniture and present products with a strong commercial expression to promote sales
Minimize costs resulting from internal use of IKEA products and damages
Work closely with other departments in the store to optimize sales
Create an exceptional IKEA shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction

Anforderungen:

Experience in sales or customer service
Passion for sustainability
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Goal-oriented with high energy and motivation
Cost-conscious
Open to change and highly flexible
Fluent in German, good command of English
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Willingness to work primarily on Saturdays
