Mitarbeiter:in Verkauf Wohnzimmerabteilung 60% position at IKEA Dietlikon, helping customers feel comfortable, facilitating their selection, and selling IKEA products. The role involves working with diverse people, providing consultation, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the living room department.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Actively shape the IKEA shopping experience
Advise customers during their purchase
Ensure customer satisfaction
Know and offer the full range of services
Plan living room area solutions
Take responsibility for your shopping area
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the complete shopping experience
Guarantee product availability with the logistics team

Anforderungen:

Interest in furniture and home furnishings
Experience in sales or customer service
Enjoy daily contact with diverse people
Confident German language skills
English skills advantageous
PC skills
Ability to work independently
Good time management
Flexibility to work Monday-Saturday in both early and late shifts
