• Create an exceptional IKEA shopping experience
• Actively approach customers to recognize their needs and advise them optimally
• Know the entire range of available services to offer them to customers according to their needs
• Maximize sales activities by ensuring your area of responsibility is always clean, tidy, and well-equipped
• Work closely with other departments in the store to optimize sales
• Daily collaboration with interior designers to achieve optimal visual impact and to arouse the interest of our customers with new and inspiring ideas

• Experience in kitchen planning or sales
• Passion for sales and customer contact
• Fluent in German, advantage if also English and French
• Good PC skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently
