• Passion for sales and customer contact
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Enjoy customer contact and know how to welcome and advise them in an inspiring way
• Attentive to customer needs to offer tailored and individual solutions
• Actively contribute to the development of all services to support customers in decision-making and create an unforgettable shopping experience
• Set priorities and organize daily work efficiently
• Good PC skills
• Fluent in German
• French is an advantage
