Jobbeschreibung:

A part-time customer service role based in Rothenburg, Switzerland, focused on creating positive customer experiences, providing solutions, and administrative support; flexible working hours including evenings and weekends

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Advise customers responsibly and assist them with telephone or written inquiries, also via IKEA's social media channels
Build a relationship with empathy and find a solution that satisfies everyone
Provide support for administrative tasks to ensure optimal service for customers
Review and document customer information in a trustworthy system with strong attention to detail
When appropriate, offer additional purchase opportunities by informing about the choices in our product and service offerings

Anforderungen:

You are communicative and enjoy direct customer contact
Ideally, you have experience in customer service, sales, or call center
You speak the following languages: German (excellent), English (B1)
In everyday work, you are independent and take responsibility
You are proficient in PC operating systems as well as Social Media
You are as flexible as our working hours
You are willing to work Friday evenings and Saturdays
