Jobbeschreibung:

This part-time role involves working every Saturday to manage goods delivery, assist customers at the transport counter, and handle parcel returns. Join IKEA's inclusive and values-driven team.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

At the goods delivery area, you check and hand over items to customers while ensuring that waiting times are kept to a minimum
at the transport counter, you actively sell our transport and assembly services to customers and provide assistance when needed
prepare goods for delivery to hand over to service partners
handle parcel returns

Anforderungen:

You are at least 18 years old and have an impeccable record
you enjoy interacting with people and prefer solutions over problems
you are very familiar with Microsoft Office and quickly learn new programs
physical tasks and helping out are part of your approach
you can communicate well in German and English
