Jobbeschreibung:

Part-time role at IKEA Innsbruck focused on customer service and warehouse tasks, with a variety of benefits and inclusive workplace culture. Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, with a maximum of two Saturdays in four weeks.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Acting as a point of contact at the service counter to handle customer claims, returns, and exchanges
overseeing the warehouse and handing over goods to customers
coordinating and processing Click & Collect as well as transport and assembly orders

Anforderungen:

Joy in dealing with people and focusing on solutions
proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new programs
physical capability and willingness to engage in physical tasks
proficiency in German communication
minimum age of 18 years
