• Welcome customers in a friendly and courteous manner based on IKEA values
• Ensure available food, beverages, and products are of the highest quality and freshness and presented in an appealing way
• Prepare and serve food in the IKEA Bistro, including our legendary hot dogs
• Maintain your area of responsibility so that it is always organized and inviting and prices are displayed
• Accept payments and process cash transactions at the cash register
• Adhere to hygiene guidelines

• Experience in a customer-oriented environment with high volume of goods, preferably in the hospitality or retail sector
• Enjoy direct contact with customers, being among people and providing excellent service
• Ability to perform standing work for extended periods
• Work efficiently in a team but also take responsibility for own work
• Speak German and ideally understand English
• Knowledge of another national language is an advantage
• Willingness to work mainly on Saturdays, in both early and late shifts
