Jobbeschreibung:

Join IKEA Bistro and Schwedenshop in Spreitenbach for a part-time role ensuring food quality, customer engagement, and operational efficiency in a team-oriented environment. German proficiency is required, with shifts of up to 8 hours between Monday and Saturday.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Welcoming customers in a friendly and respectful manner based on IKEA values
Ensuring that food, beverages, and products are of the highest quality and freshness and are presented attractively
Preparation and serving of food at the IKEA Bistro, including hotdogs
Maintaining the area of responsibility so it is always neat and inviting, with prices displayed
Handling customer payments and cash transactions at the register
Adhering to hygiene guidelines.

Anforderungen:

Experience in a customer-oriented environment with high turnover, ideally in the hospitality or retail sector
Enjoy working with people and providing excellent service
Ability to perform standing work over long periods
Team-oriented and able to take responsibility for own work
Proficient in German, ideally with knowledge of English or another national language
Willingness to work in shifts of up to 8 hours, between Monday and Saturday, within opening hours.
