Verantwortlichkeiten:

Supporting customers during their purchase or payment experience
cashier activities to accurately record products and register customer payments
following cash handling procedures to ensure security
monitoring self-check-out counters
regulating customer flow
collaborating with colleagues to enhance the shopping experience
gathering information on daily and weekly service goals

Anforderungen:

Strong service orientation
friendly demeanor
good sense of customer needs
ability to handle inquiries and solve problems under stress
flair for dealing with people
very good German language skills (spoken and written)
proficiency with PCs
numerical affinity
ability to handle money
passion for home furnishing and the IKEA brand
confidence in using the English language
