• Experience in a customer-oriented environment with high volume of goods, ideally in the hospitality or retail sector
• Enjoy direct contact with customers, be sociable and able to provide excellent service
• Ability to perform standing work for extended periods
• Work efficiently in a team but also take responsibility for your own work
• Willingness to continuously develop
• Comfortable in a highly dynamic environment and able to handle challenging situations
• Fluent in German and understanding of English
• Knowledge of another national language is an advantage
• Aware that working hours are in 8-hour shifts between Monday and Saturday, max. five days a week and within our opening hours
• Willingness to learn computer programs
