Mitarbeiter Fundstelle und Schließfachaufsicht (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Munich location, responsible for lost and found services and locker supervision at Munich Central Station

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Conducting lost and found and locker supervision services at Munich Central Station
Accepting, processing, storing, monitoring deadlines, issuing and shipping lost property
Monitoring locker facilities regarding storage periods, function and cleanliness including technical supervision (arranging repairs if necessary)
Processing cash-related tasks in connection with lost property (processing fees, found money)
Filling, emptying, troubleshooting and billing money exchange machines and maintaining the corresponding registers

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of vocational training in a service-oriented profession or several years of experience in the relevant field
Strong service orientation
Teamwork skills
Sense of responsibility
Willingness to work and flexibility
Cooperation and communication skills
Secure communication in German and English
