Jobbeschreibung:

As a Member Experience Associate at Industrious, you will be the heart of the member experience, truly aiming to create great days for all who enter your office.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Workplace is our reception - first person our members see
Prepare for the workday by preparing coffee and breakfast and keeping the common areas well-stocked
Proactive and take ownership over managing inventory and ordering location’s supplies
Build magnificent events and take the extra time to design unique signage
Add new members into multiple systems so their first day is seamless and memorable
Assist a member with IT or wifi issues
Dip your toe in local marketing events - ensuring any prospective member knows the true value of our flexible solutions
Take a walk in-tour while your Member Experience Manager is assisting another potential member

Anforderungen:

Performing recurring tasks that require regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of objects (up to 12 kg)
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, stretch, and walk for extended periods
Operating various devices and machines, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, and other kitchen utensils
Assisting with food preparation and cleaning work, strictly adhering to all applicable health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning agents and equipment
Ensuring a hygienically perfect working environment at all times and consistently implementing all safety and hygiene protocols

Wünschenswert:

2+ years of client facing experience
1+ year experience in hospitality and/or coworking spaces
Proficiency in German
Right to work indefinitely in Germany
