As a Member Experience Associate at Industrious, you will be the heart of the member experience, truly aiming to create great days for all who enter your office. Industrious helps companies of all sizes find their office home so that they can do their best work. Our team is rewriting the book on productivity by creating a new workplace experience. Right now it’s more important than ever that our Member Experience Associates are passionate about building relationships and community.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Your workplace is our reception - making you the first person our members see
You prepare for the workday by preparing coffee and breakfast and keeping the common areas well-stocked at all times
You’re proactive and take ownership over managing inventory and ordering your location’s supplies
You build magnificent events and take the extra time to design unique signage because you know the magic is in the details
You add new members into multiple systems so their first day in their office is seamless and memorable
You assist a member with IT or wifi issues should they ever come up
You dip your toe in local marketing events - ensuring any prospective member knows the true value of our flexible solutions
You take a walk in-tour while your Member Experience Manager is assisting another potential member

Anforderungen:

Performing recurring tasks that require regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of objects (up to 12 kg)
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, stretch, and walk for extended periods
Operating various devices and machines, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, and other kitchen utensils
Assisting with food preparation and cleaning work, strictly adhering to all applicable health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning agents and equipment
Ensuring a hygienically perfect working environment at all times and consistently implementing all safety and hygiene protocols
