Jobbeschreibung:

The role involves ensuring safety and security in Deutsche Bahn environments, close collaboration with authorities, leadership of personnel, development of training measures, and adherence to occupational safety regulations.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Ensuring patrols and local occupancy to ensure order and security in the buildings, facilities, and traffic stations of Deutsche Bahn AG in the assigned area
close and confidential collaboration with the federal police and customers from other DB AG business areas, including operational service work
creating security concepts and conducting ongoing situation assessments
ensuring occupational safety compliance
guaranteeing quality measures through employee orientation, quality controls, and training initiatives
serving as the professional and disciplinary leader for personnel in the assigned area, managing employee meetings, service schedules, and vacation planning
representing other leaders in their absence
planning, conducting, and monitoring operational training measures for assigned personnel
reporting incidents following established reporting procedures

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed training as a Meister:in for Schutz und Sicherheit
ideally first professional experience in the security service
ideally first leadership experience
independent and structured work approach
strong customer and service orientation
confident and communicative appearance
valid class B driver's license
willingness to work in a shift system (24 hours)
confident handling of various IT applications (MS Office)
