• ensuring components are provided on time, operationally safe, and according to maintenance regulations
• planning resources such as personnel, equipment, and facilities

• leading and developing a team of approximately 30 employees

• successfully completed vocational training in a technical field, e.g., as a master in electrical engineering or mechatronics
• several years of professional experience, ideally in vehicle maintenance
• leadership experience

• proficiency in MS Office
• ideally knowledge of SAP
