Jobbeschreibung:

The DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung GmbH is the full-service provider for rail vehicles of Deutsche Bahn and offers optimal solutions for the maintenance of vehicle fleets. We are specialists in the areas of revision, modernization, conversions, as well as component refurbishment and repair of accident damage. The modern technical infrastructure in the 12 plants and around 8,000 employees with pronounced know-how make our performance in vehicle maintenance unique in Europe.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

organizing and supervising maintenance work on defined components
ensuring components are provided on time, operationally safe, and according to maintenance regulations
planning resources such as personnel, equipment, and facilities
creating work schedules
ensuring compliance with occupational, fire, and environmental protection regulations
leading and developing a team of approximately 30 employees

Anforderungen:

successfully completed vocational training in the technical field, e.g., as a master in metal or mechatronics
several years of professional experience, ideally in vehicle maintenance
leadership skills
customer orientation
proficiency in MS Office
knowledge in SAP is a plus
