Jobbeschreibung:

3.5-year apprenticeship as mechatronics technician at DB RegioNetz Verkehrs GmbH in the Vehicle and Technology Center in Chemnitz. The vocational school is located in Delitzsch, north of Leipzig. The training workshop is located near Leipzig main station. Accommodation is provided during vocational school and training workshop periods.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Learn basics of mechanics and electronics
Ensure diesel railcars are always ready for use
Perform maintenance work and repairs on vehicles or technical equipment
Use modern measuring and testing equipment to find faults
Maintenance of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic controls in vehicles (information displays, doors, monitoring systems)
Test electrical, electronic and mechanical systems

Anforderungen:

School completion with recognized German school diploma
German language skills at least B2 level
Interest in technology and teamwork
Good knowledge in mathematics and physics
Reliability
Precision and willingness to work hard
