Jobbeschreibung:

The Deutsche Bahn is looking for trainees for a 3.5-year program as Mechatroniker:in starting on September 1, 2026, at the location in Kiel. The program offers a hands-on learning experience combined with classroom training in Neumünster.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Learn the basics of mechanics and electronics
Become a professional in the maintenance, servicing, and repair of our complex vehicles
Use modern measuring and testing devices to find errors
Inspect electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Learn about the maintenance of control systems in our vehicles, such as information displays and doors

Anforderungen:

You have successfully completed or are about to complete school, and your school-leaving qualification is recognized in Germany
Your knowledge of German corresponds to at least the B2 language level
You enjoy technology and teamwork
Your knowledge of mathematics and physics is particularly good
You are skilled in craftsmanship and like to tinker in your free time
You work very accurately and reliably
