The 3.5-year apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician for Building Technology at DB Services GmbH in Dessau-Roßlau involves maintaining and repairing technical systems related to heating, climate, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, and lifting technology. The training includes both theoretical and practical components, with the workshop located at Dessau-Süd station and the vocational school in Dessau-Roßlau near the Anhalt-Arena.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Maintenance, repair, and upkeep of complex systems such as elevators, cranes, escalators, electronic tools, and lifting platforms
Focus on electronic systems, but also learning mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Programming, installation, and testing of modern hardware and software components
Creating fault and malfunction diagnoses in theory and practice
Learning how to professionally fix defects

Anforderungen:

School diploma recognized in Germany
German language proficiency at least B2 level
Interest in technology
Strong in mathematics and physics
Reliable and team-oriented
Precise and hands-on
