The job involves positioning the IKEA brand on the local market, managing customer retention programs, and collaborating with local stakeholders to enhance brand perception and loyalty.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Positioning the IKEA brand on the local market through customer acquisition and retention
Managing social and ecological challenges on the local market
Building trustful relationships with partners and multipliers like NGOs, media, and journalists
Developing long-term brand affinity and loyal relationships with local customers, partners, and communities
Managing local loyalty and sustainability KPIs
Contributing to the business plan with knowledge of the local market
Acting as a point of contact for local press and media
Implementing local or national productions
Positioning IKEA as a good neighbor on the local market
Leading local neighborhood projects

Anforderungen:

Knowledge of customer retention tools and ideally loyalty programs
Passion for sustainability and collaboration with local stakeholders like NGOs and institutions
Strong communication skills and experience in a dynamic multichannel retail environment
Marketing knowledge acquired through business/marketing studies or vocational training in marketing/communication/corporate communications/public relations
Several years of professional experience
Experience in project management
Analytical skills for data evaluation, budget planning, and tracking goals/KPIs
Strong communicative skills to inspire colleagues and external partners
Good English skills
