Positioning the IKEA brand on the local market by acquiring and retaining customers, addressing social concerns and ecological challenges, and building trusting relationships with partners and multipliers like NGOs, media, and journalists
Making IKEA visible on the local market with great passion
Responsible for the growth and development of the local member base of IKEA customer clubs (IKEA Family and IKEA for Business) and the further development of customer loyalty programs
Steering local loyalty and sustainability KPIs and taking measures to positively influence customer loyalty and brand perception
Contributing to the business plan with knowledge of the local market and collaborating with interfaces to successfully carry out marketing and sales activities
Acting as point of contact (POC) for local press and media, answering local inquiries, and handling the implementation of local or national productions
Positioning IKEA as a good neighbor in the local market and ensuring local implementation of the "People & Planet Positive" sustainability strategy by maintaining good relations with local institutions and authorities and leading local neighborhood projects
Promoting an open and communal climate and acting as an ambassador internally and externally in the market area
