Verantwortlichkeiten:

Design digital and organizational transformation of public administration
Lead complex change management programs
Develop change architectures
Support executives in administration and politics through change processes
Connect strategic thinking with operational implementation strength
Lead interdisciplinary project teams
Disciplinary management and coaching of junior colleagues
Support business development by identifying market potential
Develop consulting offerings and toolbox
Expand customer relationships in public sector
Position Sopra Steria as leading consultancy for change management in public sector

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed degree in business administration, psychology, organizational development, social sciences or comparable field
At least 8 years of professional experience in consulting or internal organizational development, several years in the public sector
Extensive experience in designing and managing large-scale change programs, ideally in the context of digitalization, administrative modernization and resulting cultural change
Experience in leading employees, as project manager and/or disciplinary manager
Experience in developing and positioning consulting offerings as well as building and maintaining customer relationships
Analytical thinking, communication skills and confident appearance at decision-maker level
Emotional intelligence and foresight regarding team needs
Very good German and English language skills (min. C1 level)
