Verantwortlichkeiten:

Develop service strategies and standards
Ensure compliance with KPIs, processes, and standards
Drive innovative projects like process automation with AI
Act as main contact for external customer service providers
Analyze customer interactions to improve satisfaction and efficiency

Anforderungen:

Very good university degree
At least 6 months of experience in consulting or similar role
Strong understanding of process optimization
Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI
Willingness to travel up to 4 days a week within Germany
German and English at C1 level
