Jobbeschreibung:

Retraining program for career changers to become Lokrangierführer (shunting locomotive operator) with DB Regio AG. The 9-month full-time training includes theoretical and practical components with final examinations. After qualification, opportunities for internal advancement to locomotive driver, trainer, or dispatcher positions.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Regional transfer and shunting operations of Regio trains and other rail vehicles
Ensuring safe and timely provision of trains
Monitoring and performing coupling, inspection and maintenance work
Following guidelines and instructions while considering economic and ecological aspects
Handling irregularities or disruptions in operations responsibly

Anforderungen:

Minimum age of 20 years at start of qualification
Customer-focused mindset
Communication and teamwork skills
Resilience
Willingness for irregular shift and alternating duty
Openness to digital communication tools (tablets, apps)
Fluent German language skills in speech and writing
