Jobbeschreibung:

Quereinsteiger:in als Lokführer:in bei Regionalverkehre Start Deutschland GmbH. 12-month training program in Halle (Saale) to prepare for job entry. Responsible for safe operation of trains and punctual passenger transportation.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Safe operation of locomotives and traction vehicles
Punctual transportation of passengers
Ensuring safety-relevant equipment and technical operational readiness of traction vehicles
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the interior
Making expert decisions and taking responsibility for people and vehicles
Ensuring passenger information during operational deviations
Contributing to high service quality

Anforderungen:

Completed 20th year of age
Recognized school leaving certificate
Successfully completed vocational training preferably in the technical field
Willingness to work irregular shift patterns (night shifts, holiday and weekend work, with varying daily working hours)
Proficiency in German language (at least level B2) in spoken and written form
Willingness to learn, reliability and commitment
Current extract from the driving fitness register (points are not an automatic exclusion criterion)
Willingness to provide proof of medical and psychological fitness

Wünschenswert:

Vocational training in technical field
Experience in customer service
Patience and friendly demeanor
