Jobbeschreibung:

The 3-year training program as a train driver (Eisenbahner:in im Betriebsdienst Lokführer:in und Transport) for DB Regio AG in Essen. The vocational school is located in Duisburg. After successful completion of the training, there is the option to work at various locations such as Essen, Münster, Duisburg, Dorsten, Düsseldorf, Wuppertal.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Learn to drive trains safely and punctually
Inform passengers about deviations or changes in train operations
Prepare and assemble trains for trips
Drive trains under supervision
Learn various routes through nature, cities, or stations

Anforderungen:

School diploma recognized in Germany
German language proficiency at least B2 level
Ability to remain calm and maintain overview in difficult situations
Willingness to take responsibility, make quick decisions, and be reliable and resilient
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
