Jobbeschreibung:

3-year apprenticeship as a train driver (Eisenbahner:in im Betriebsdienst Lokführer:in und Transport) starting on September 1, 2026, with DB Regio AG in Murnau am Staffelsee. Vocational school is located in Munich.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Learn to drive trains safely and punctually
Inform passengers about deviations or changes in operations
Prepare and assemble trains for trips
Gradually take on driving trains under supervision

Anforderungen:

School completion with a recognized diploma in Germany
German language proficiency at least B2 level
Ability to remain calm and maintain overview in difficult situations
Interest in technology
Willingness to take responsibility, make quick decisions, and be reliable and resilient
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
Must pass medical and psychological suitability examination
