Jobbeschreibung:

Full-time position as a train driver with comprehensive training lasting 10–11 months, including theoretical and practical segments, preparing candidates for a secure job with attractive pay and benefits within Deutsche Bahn.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Ensuring passengers reach their destination safely, punctually, and comfortably
ensuring the safety-relevant equipment such as emergency brakes and doors, alongside the technical readiness of the train
maintaining cleanliness and order in the interior of the trains
providing passengers with information regarding schedule deviations
dealing with challenging customers in a friendly and service-oriented manner.

Anforderungen:

Minimum age of 20 years and proof of school completion
willingness to work in irregular shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends, with varying daily schedules
proficiency in German language (minimum B1 level)
readiness to demonstrate medical and psychological fitness for the job through the company's selection process
learning ability, reliability, and engagement as essential job traits
possession of a current extract from the driving fitness register proving reliable participation in traffic.
