Jobbeschreibung:

As a train driver in freight transport, you will ensure the safe and punctual movement of goods for customers. The 12-month in-house retraining program includes theoretical modules at the qualification center in Seelze and practical phases at stations in Seelze or Lehrte. After successful completion, you will receive a European train driving license and start your career in freight transport.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Transporting diverse goods from the steel sector
operating on various routes nationwide with different locomotive series
serving as the leader of the train and ensuring the execution of train operations
independently and reliably inspecting train readiness before each departure.

Anforderungen:

Successful school graduation or completed vocational training in fields like truck driving, warehouse logistics, or baking
minimum age of 20 years
willingness to work shifts, including late nights, weekends, and holidays
interest in technical topics and openness to continuous learning
high sense of responsibility, reliability, and independence
medical and psychological fitness assessed during recruitment process
no relevant entries in the driving qualifications register.
