Jobbeschreibung:

As a train driver, you are responsible for the safe and punctual transport of goods on the rails for our customers. We are looking for you as a career changer for retraining as a train driver in freight transport (m/f/d) for DB Cargo AG at the location Hamm. In the 12-month in-house retraining at the training location Hamm, we prepare you for your later job entry.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

ensuring the safe and punctual transport of goods for our customers
being responsible for the execution of the train journey
independently and reliably checking the technical readiness for departure of the trains before each departure

Anforderungen:

successful school graduation or completed vocational training, e.g. as a professional driver, warehouse logistics specialist or baker
at least 20 years old
willingness to work in shift and alternating shifts, especially in late and night shifts as well as on Sundays and public holidays
interest in technical contexts
high level of responsibility, reliability and independence
medical and psychological suitability
no relevant entries in the driving aptitude register
