Jobbeschreibung:

The 3-year training program to become a train driver (railway worker in operational service, train driver and transport) (m/f/d) for the DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at the Königsborn location. The vocational school is located in Halle-Neustadt and is easily accessible by public transport. Seminars also take place in Leipzig near the main train station at DB Training.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Learn the rules for safe railway operations and the vehicle inside out
Check the functionality of the machinery to be transported and secure loads
Learn to drive trains safely and on time
Drive track construction machines and construction trains
Prepare and assemble construction trains for trips
Drive modern diesel-electric locomotives to construction projects across Germany

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of school with a recognized German school-leaving certificate
Enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for technology
Remain calm and maintain an overview in challenging situations
Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions
Reliability and resilience
Willingness to work day and night, weekends, and holidays
