We are looking for proactive, well-organized employees who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Join our team at IKEA Lyssach to contribute to logistics and supply chain excellence.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Perform tasks according to established routines to ensure accurate inventory and product availability
work with team members to ensure adequate stock and store readiness
work carefully to ensure safety and security
share knowledge and skills to support colleagues within and across departments
assist in other business areas when required

Anforderungen:

Experience in retail or logistics
good communication skills in German (min. B1), additional languages as a plus
enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced logistics environment
physically fit and comfortable with physical tasks like lifting, carrying or moving goods
disciplined, flexible, and team-oriented
communicative and friendly personality promoting positive collaboration
ideally possess forklift certification
flexible working hours including Monday to Saturday within specified ranges
