The position is to be filled as soon as possible on a full-time, permanent basis. The working time averages 37.5 hours per week, distributed over 5 days a week from Monday to Saturday in early, mid, and late shifts.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Member of the Management Team in the furniture store
development of the business plan
steering of all logistics processes in the furniture store
ensuring the creation and adherence to the budget planning for logistics
steering the department based on relevant KPIs
advancing the team with knowledge
responsible for training and further education

Anforderungen:

Manager with experience, ideally in logistics and supply chain
analytical thinking and proficiency with numbers and processes
familiarity with logistical inbound and outbound processes
several years of leadership experience
ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team
strong communication skills
familiarity with strategies and business plans
ability to initiate and manage change processes
good English skills
