• Manager with experience, ideally in logistics and supply chain
• Analytical thinking and proficiency with numbers and processes
• Familiarity with logistical inbound and outbound processes
• Several years of leadership experience
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with strategies and business plans
• Ability to initiate and manage change processes
• Good English skills
• Proficiency in German (Level B1-B2)
• Forklift license is a plus
