Jobbeschreibung:

Logistics Fulfilment & Replenishment Operations Team Leader position at IKEA Wien Nord, responsible for logistics operations, team development, and ensuring efficient goods flow processes

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Work actively with the approved logistics actions from the store's business plan and implement them in the goods flow
Support in identifying and developing the many talents in the team to secure succession planning
Ensure the team adheres to the IKEA code of conduct, internal regulations and local legislation regarding health, safety and environment
Ensure efficient daily work processes in your area of responsibility, as well as for inventory recording, provision of goods when the store opens and minimizing waiting times at the goods issue
Live the IKEA values and promote a strong, ever-growing IKEA culture that inspires your employees to extraordinary achievements in the store and especially in the logistics team

Anforderungen:

Experience in retail and logistics
Ability to set expectations, lead clearly, motivate and develop a team
Ability to lead based on performance and results while continuing to learn and develop
Ability to build trust and communicate clearly and purposefully with different people in various situations
Ability to handle high volumes and manage a lively retail environment
Fluent communication in German and English
