As a line dispatcher, you ensure the customer-oriented operational quality of all train journeys on the assigned S-Bahn lines through disposition and information measures. You monitor operational events, recognize deviations from the plan, develop necessary replacement or alternative regulations and implement them with the partners involved. In vehicle and personnel deployment, you make initial decisions related to disruptions and otherwise work closely with the dispatchers of the resource disposition. You ensure quality documentation and information about all disruptions and the measures initiated via IT systems and classic communication channels, with your focus on timely and comprehensive information of travelers in the event of disruptions.
