Join one of the largest engineering offices in Germany. Support us in the modernization and maintenance of our rail network, infrastructure and many challenging projects.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Lead a team of about ten employees
ensure successful implementation of all projects
create calculations and offers according to HOAI
work closely with neighboring trades
drive strategic development of the area

Anforderungen:

Bauingenieur:in or comparable degree
several years of experience in planning and/or project management of civil engineering projects, ideally in the railway infrastructure sector
solid HOAI knowledge
strong organizational and steering skills
excellent communication and teamwork skills
leadership and management competence
economic thinking
structured, result-oriented way of working
high communication strength
assertive
respectful and appreciative leadership style
