Jobbeschreibung:

The position involves leading the station service team at DB InfraGO AG in Munich, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and managing various service-related functions at the station.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

steering the activities in our station service
leading and supervising a team in various functions around the service at the station
implementing and coordinating service in station management according to agreed service standards
ensuring optimal cooperation with interfaces
handling vacation planning and personnel deployment planning
training new colleagues
carrying out measures to improve quality and customer satisfaction
handling customer feedback, complaints and grievances

Anforderungen:

successfully completed vocational training and relevant professional experience, ideally in customer service, the service sector or the transport sector
ability to keep an overview in stressful situations
experience with IT tools such as common MS Office applications
strong and convincing leadership skills
ability to develop, coach and motivate employees
communicative skills to win customers and colleagues
willingness to work shifts and alternating shifts including weekends and public holidays
