Leitende:r Bauüberwacher:in for the Fehmarn Belt fixed link rail project, a European key project setting new standards for transnational rail traffic in Europe. The role involves monitoring construction sites in the infrastructure area, coordinating construction companies, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Accompany construction sites in the infrastructure area
Maintain comprehensive, cross-trade overview
Monitor and coordinate contract-compliant performance of construction companies
Monitor deadlines and costs
Act as contact person for project management
Bring project participants together on the construction site
Responsible for compliance with statutory accident prevention regulations, fire protection, and safety regulations for construction measures 'under the rolling wheel'
Create construction-related intra-annual registrations, Betra applications
Participate in the creation of security plans
Control and document construction progress
Approve invoices and supplementary examinations

Anforderungen:

Completed studies in a relevant field
Certified as a Bauüberwacher:in Bahn
Experience as a Bauüberwacher:in
High level of responsibility, commitment, and solution-oriented approach
Convincing and winning appearance
Focus on quality, care, and accuracy
Willingness to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
Willingness for regionally limited travel
Possession of a valid Class B driver's license
Willingness to have health suitability determined during the hiring process
