Legal Counsel will lead legal and compliance tasks, monitor laws affecting the business, negotiate contracts, and support ongoing projects within a European tech-sector environment.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Legal support for business units from preparation of business activities to contract preparation and negotiation
legal support for ongoing projects
responsibility for compliance matters
monitoring legislative activities impacting the company and offering management action options
negotiating contracts to represent company interests confidently
teamwork in a dynamic and motivated team, taking ownership of tasks

Anforderungen:

Two over-average juristische Staatsexamina
ideally additional qualifications such as commercial training
2-3 years professional experience, preferably in corporate legal consulting or mid-to-large law firms
focus areas like IT and/or litigation
interest in technological topics, especially at the intersection of legal themes
decisiveness and a Can-Do mindset with entrepreneurial context
fluency in English, written and spoken
comfort in international corporate settings
