Sopra Steria is one of the leading management and technology consultancies. The role involves providing legal and compliance support, negotiating contracts, and addressing technological legal issues in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Providing legal support to business units, including preparation of business activities, contract drafting, negotiation, and legal support of ongoing projects
  • handling compliance responsibilities like addressing general compliance questions for the company
  • monitoring legislative activities affecting the company and developing management options
  • conducting contract negotiations while effectively representing the company’s interests
  • working as part of a dynamic and motivated team, taking responsibility for your tasks.

Anforderungen:

  • Two over-average state legal exams (juristische Staatsexamina)
  • ideally, additional qualifications like a commercial training
  • 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the legal consulting of a company or a mid-sized to large law firm
  • focus on IT and/or litigation is preferred
  • interest in technological questions, especially at the intersection with legal topics
  • ability to make decisions and a 'can-do' mindset
  • ability to consider complex issues from both a legal and entrepreneurial perspective
  • interest in building and maintaining a strong network within the company
  • comfort working in an international corporate environment
  • fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Wünschenswert:

  • Additional qualifications such as commercial training
  • experience in IT and/or litigation.
