Gestalte die Zukunft der Projektmanagement mit und werde Teil des Global PM Training Teams. In dieser Rolle erhältst du tiefgehende Einblicke entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette des Windparkbaus – von Logistik und Balance of Plant über Turmproduktion bis hin zur Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Windenergieanlagen. Du arbeitest eng mit vielfältigen Fachbereichen zusammen und entwickelst moderne Lernlösungen für ein internationales Umfeld.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Berätst interne Stakeholder und übersetzt Lernziele in wirkungsvolle, qualitativ hochwertige Lernformate, insbesondere im Bereich digitales Lernen wie E‑Learning, Gamification oder vergleichbare Formate
  • Arbeitest eng mit Subject Matter Experts zusammen, analysierst Anforderungen und setzt diese unter Berücksichtigung didaktisch‑methodischer Prinzipien um
  • Konzipierst und gestaltest lernunterstützende Medien und Materialien wie Audioformate, 2D‑ und 3D‑Videos, multimediale Inhalte, Simulationen oder Infografiken
  • Verantwortest den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess von Lerninhalten – vom Kick‑off über die Konzeption bis zum finalen einsatzbereiten Lernprodukt
  • Planst, steuerst und verfolgst Meilensteine sowie Arbeitspakete eigenständig und stimmst sie mit übergeordneten Projektplänen ab
  • Koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie bei Bedarf mit externen Dienstleistern inklusive Abstimmung des Beschaffungsprozesses
  • Überprüfst die Wirksamkeit von Lernmaßnahmen, dokumentierst Erkenntnisse und leitest Verbesserungen ab
  • Stellst die Einhaltung interner Qualitätsstandards und didaktischer Methoden sicher und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter
  • Treibst die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lernformate voran und beobachtest aktuelle Trends, Produkte und Anbieter
  • Fungierst als Ansprechperson für Kolleg:innen im Global PM, die eigene Trainings entwickeln möchten, z. B. mit KI‑gestützten Autorentools, und unterstützt bei der Sicherstellung einheitlicher Qualitätsstandards

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich E‑Learning, Medien‑ oder Kommunikationswissenschaften, Medienpädagogik, Grafikdesign oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Instructional Design sowie im Einsatz von Autorentools wie Articulate Storyline 360, Rise oder Easygenerator
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im digitalen und grafischen Design sowie im Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud, z. B. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign oder Premiere Pro
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Videos sowie Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Animation
  • Erfahrung mit Learning‑Management‑Systemen, z. B. SAP SuccessFactors Learning, ist von Vorteil
  • Kreativer Anspruch an die Gestaltung professioneller Lernprodukte für ein internationales Umfeld
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und eine flexible, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an technischen Themen, Prozessen und dem Umfeld der Windenergie
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
