Verantwortlichkeiten

Leadership and management of the Talent Management area with Recruiting, Employer Branding and Learning & Development teams (approx. 15 employees)
Continuously develop the Talent Management strategy and ensure modern processes within the given system landscape
Identify and assess competency requirements in close cooperation with internal stakeholders - derive targeted measures for recruiting, retention and development of employees
Manage recruiting and personnel development processes using success-relevant KPIs
Budget planning and monitoring together with team leads Recruiting and Learning & Development
Coordinate German Employer Branding activities in coordination with the marketing team and considering corporate guidelines
International cooperation with corresponding corporate departments
