Verantwortlichkeiten:

Responsible for safety, cost, quality, and on-time delivery of products for their shift
Responsible for housekeeping, cleanliness of machinery, cost effective supply utilization, discipline, and morale on their shift
This position may be required to fill in for other positions during absences

Demonstrated high energy level, strong work ethic, and positive approach to problem solving
Demonstrated ability to creatively solve complex problems
Advanced knowledge of Laminate manufacturing methods and equipment
Advanced mechanical aptitude
Advanced verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of associates
Ability to lead through demonstration, communication, and reinforcement
Ability to make logical, unemotional decisions in stressful situations
A strong desire and willingness to both learn and teach
Ability to multi-task in fast paced situations
Basic to Intermediate computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and/or in a team environment
Excellent time management skills
Must have the qualities of stress tolerance, persistence, self-control, self-organization, integrity and flexibility

Wünschenswert:

3+ years of production experience in a laminate manufacturing environment
Degree in Forest Products, Engineering, Industrial Technology or similar discipline
3+ years in a position of leadership
Advanced knowledge of product quality standards and end uses
