Jobbeschreibung:

In this part-time role (17 hours/week), you will support IKEA's customers at its Vösendorf location through proficient goods handout, transport services sales, package return handling, and preparation for deliveries. You will work in a team-oriented, inclusive environment with various benefits and opportunities for growth.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

At the goods handout, you inspect and hand over goods to customers while ensuring wait times are minimal
at the transport counter, you actively sell transport and assembly services and provide advice to customers
you prepare goods for delivery handover to the service partner
you process package returns

Anforderungen:

You are at least 18 years old and have a clean record
you enjoy interacting with people and prefer seeing solutions over problems
you are proficient in Microsoft Office, and you like quickly learning new programs
physical tasks and hands-on work are part of your workflow
you can communicate well in German and English
