Jobbeschreibung:

Frontline position in cash department with leadership responsibility for cashier staff. Full-time permanent position with 37.5 hours per week distributed over 5 days from Monday to Saturday in early, mid, and late shifts.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support customer service operations
Greet customers at entrance area
Supervise children aged 3-10 in Småland
Operate cash register system
Assist customers at self-checkout counters
Handle returns and exchanges
Find quick solutions based on internal guidelines

Anforderungen:

Experience in retail or customer service
Friendly demeanor and good interpersonal skills
Passion for IKEA and its products
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in accounting and/or administrative work is advantageous
Leadership responsibility for cashier staff

Experience in accounting and/or administrative work
